To produce and present plated within 40 minutes a Main Course Meal for 2 covers with supporting vegetables. All Ingredients to be of your choice (Pork may not be used ). A description of the dish with work methods to be shown proof of age with a mentors written confirmation to be supplied. Open only to people who have not been employed full time in the catering industry.
